We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support the projects team, sales function and financial management activities in AVK Special Projects Division. This role combines administrative, financial, and support responsibilities to ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and successful project delivery.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, expenses, and budgets
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Process purchase orders
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Receipt supplier invoices
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Issue supplier monthly applications
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare financial reports for management review
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Liaise with Finance team and act as interface

路聽聽聽聽 Project Administration
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage Project Asana Boards
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain project documentation and records (document control)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
