As our QC & Document Controller, You will be responsible to perform quality control of production processes to ensure stable quality indicators and compliance with specifications and ensure timely release of finished products.

Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility

SHE, Quality, Security & Compliance

  • SHE (Safety, Health, Environment), Quality, Security requirements
  • ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001
  • RoHS, REACH, GMP management systemss.

Authorities and Responsibilities

  • Execute sample testing plans (raw materials, finished goods, lab & scale-up samples)
  • Ensure timely testing of samples and provide feedback to production
  • Report abnormalities immediately and follow up on corrective actions
  • Manage daily maintenance, annual servicing, and calibration of lab equipment
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize test data; support process capability improvement
  • Apply QC tools (e.g., SPC) to support quality improvement
  • Archive and maintain testing data
  • Support R&D and business teams in validation of new products, equipment, and processes
  • Assist SHEQ engineers in maintaining the IATF 16949 system
  • Participate in customer audits and external audits (e.g., IATF, NSF)
  • Manage document control across the site (creation, release, review, training) in compliance with IATF requirements
  • Track site action items; consolidate actions biweekly and communicate progress
  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors
