Role Overview:Â
As Store Manager, youâll oversee all operations of a Backcountry Outlet location, owning both business results and the customer experience. Youâll drive sales, rentals, service (including ski, snowboard, and bike services), and team development while setting the standard for operational excellence, expertise, and accountability.
This position will report to the Area Manager.
