We're looking for a driven and hands-on SDR ready to build something from the ground up. You'll be the engine of our top-of-funnel, generating qualified pipeline, running outbound outreach, and working closely with our Sales Managers to fuel revenue growth.

If you're excited by fast-moving environments, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to help reduce methan emissions in the energy sector, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Own top-of-funnel: Identify and research potential customers, build target lists, and consistently deliver qualified meetings to our Sales Managers
  • Drive outbound outreach: Execute cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new pipeline from scratch
  • Iterate on messaging: Test and refine outreach copy and call scripts, sharing what works across the team
  • Keep CRM tight: Log all activity accurately in HubSpot, maintaining clean data on prospects and pipeline stage
  • Represent at events: Be the face of atmio at industry events, trade fairs, and networking occasions — engaging prospects in person and building brand presence on the ground
