Our Mid-Market sales team plays a big role in how we grow. Youâre working with customers who are starting to feel the strain of managing Salesforce at scale, supporting large teams.
The team is established and performing well, but thereâs more to unlock. There are opportunities to raising the bar on consistency, and deliver a consistent multi-product sale. Youâll need to deliver boots on the ground coaching, sharp deal execution, and process standardisation across the full sales cycle. Youâd be helping a strong group of AE turn good performance into consistent overachievement.
Youâll be refining how the team operates day to day, how we build high quality pipeline, and how we use what weâre hearing from customers to feedback to the wider business.
