We’re hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for Pixlr’s products and programmes by owning the sales pipeline, closing deals, and leading a sales team to consistently meet targets. This role works closely with Marketing, Product, and Support to convert opportunities, grow accounts, and improve sales performance across markets.
The Job:
1. Sales Strategy Execution & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue across Pixlr’s products and programs in targeted markets.
- Lead efforts to identify and engage key prospects, cultivating long-term partnerships and closing high-value sales.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing, ensuring a consistent and efficient sales process.
2. Client & Account Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive business opportunities and customer loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving satisfaction with Pixlr’s offerings.
- Manage the expansion of key accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
3. Sales Pipeline Management & Opportunity Generation
- Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to identify and convert opportunities in key markets and industries.
- Provide forecasting, reporting, and insight into the sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve revenue targets.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, legal, and customer support, to ensure a seamless go-to-market execution and alignment of sales efforts with corporate objectives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment for key projects, initiatives, and market expansion efforts, ensuring smooth sales operations.
5. Sales Team Leadership & Performance Coaching
- Lead and coach the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to drive results.
- Set performance metrics and monitor sales activities to ensure targets are met while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Establish sales best practices and workflows to optimize the team’s productivity and efficiency.
6. Market Research & Competitive Positioning
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales tactics, pricing models, and product positioning.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to continuously refine sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market entry points to drive growth and profitability.
7. Business Proposal Development & Negotiation
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, partnership decks, and commercial agreements tailored to client needs and business objectives.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that minimize risk and maximize profitability.
