We are the leading AI Marketing platform - AI is at the forefront of how we build our product and how we go to market. We are expanding our team to help propel Inflection forward and are looking for an experienced engineer to join us.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development.

• At least 1 year of experience being a module or project lead

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python or Golang

• Strong understanding of database systems, relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), and columnar (SingleStore, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, Snowflake)

• Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS.

• Experience with AWS and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
