Position Overview:  

We’re looking for a social-first creative who can turn ideas into content people actually care about. 

You’ll concept, create and shape content built for TikTok first, with Instagram and beyond. From reactive moments to bigger campaign ideas, you’ll be right in the middle of it, bringing ideas to life and pushing them out into the world. 

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be just as comfortable coming up with ideas as you are filming, editing and refining them. 

You’ll work closely with strategy, production and client teams, helping turn brand objectives into content that feels relevant, distinctive and worth engaging with. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Concepting & Creating 

  • Develop original, culturally relevant content ideas across always-on and campaign work  
  • Turn briefs into strong, platform-native concepts that cut through  
  • Film, edit and publish content with a clear understanding of what works on each platform  

Bringing Ideas to Life 

  • Take ideas from concept through to execution, owning the creative output  
  • Work closely with producers and collaborators to deliver high-quality content  
  • Confidently present ideas internally and to clients  

Staying Ahead of Culture 

  • Spot trends, moments and opportunities early, and act on them quickly  
  • Bring proactive ideas to the table, not just respond to briefs  
  • Keep a close eye on competitors, creators and emerging formats  

Shaping the Brand in Social 

  • Help define how brands show up across TikTok, Instagram and beyond  
  • Ensure content feels consistent, intentional and on-brand  
  • Balance short-term engagement with long-term brand building  

Collaboration 

  • Work closely with strategy, client services and production teams  
  • Contribute to new business and creative pitches  
  • Build strong working relationships internally and externally
