Every payin and payout at dLocal runs through Balance. It's not a feature it's the core infrastructure that determines whether a merchant can process a transaction at all. The Balance squad owns the engine that sits behind every currency, every country, every settlement window, and every overdraft decision across the platform. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the Balance squad. Your mission: make dLocal's balance system the most reliable, flexible, and intelligent merchant money engine in emerging markets one that powers multi-currency balances, a structured overdraft product, and the post-transactional logic that drives split payments and complex settlement flows.
