Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive engagement and facilitate readiness of stakeholders with respect to new processes, functionalities, and systems;
- Support business change management via the development of impact assessments, preparation of communication material, training coordination, and operational updates;
- Prepare the update of existing operational procedures and controls as we l as new operational procedure and controls (if necessary);
- Prepare and deliver any trainings on system, process or procedural changes impacting the concerned stakeholders;
- Coordinate Go-live/implementation - Act as the point of contact to raise incidents after go-live related to the project implementation;
- Develop and maintain a forwardlooking pipeline, ensuring dependencies, risks, and priorities are identified and addressed early;
- Ensure they are enabled to take decisions where needed (including escalation if required);
- Deliver timely signoffs and sprint inputs (clarifications, acceptance criteria, readiness for development);
- Ensure requirements are documented and validated on a timely basis through continuous backlog refinement across a l parties involved;
- Support the preparation of transition activities from the old external banking service provider to the new one prior to implementation
- Support the engagement between the business and the external banking service provider;
- Support product owners to identify business risk areas and control gaps, and work with respective stakeholders to address them through the project life cycle;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
