We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Youth Worker to join our dedicated team on a part-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will lead youth-focused projects and initiatives aimed at engaging young people, promoting their development, and supporting positive outcomes. You will oversee youth programs, manage a team of youth workers, and work closely with partners to create safe, inclusive, and inspiring environments for young people aged 8–18 years. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people within our communities, and will be part of an exciting period of growth as we launch a new youth hub, with this role forming part of the new team helping to shape and develop this provision.
