The Sr. Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding Rimkus's client base. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver expert services that meet client needs. The manager will focus on identifying prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive company growth within assigned territories.

Key responsibilities include prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and representing Rimkus at industry events. The role requires frequent travel and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering results under general supervision.
