For our Store in Bicester we are hiring a passionate Lead (all genders) to lead a talented team of Product Guides alongside the Store Management team. You bring energy and purpose to every part of the store - guest experience, product, people, and operations. Passionate about the outdoors, you live the lifestyle and share it authentically.
