We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team to build one of the all-time great companies in mental health industry.

About you:
2+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a product or startup environment
Proven track record hiring across both technical and non-technical roles
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (we use Ashby)
Comfortable working with recruiting analytics: funnel metrics, Time-to-Hire, pass-through rates, and using data to drive decisions and flag risks early
Ambitious and relentless — your effort and tenacity are on par with your drive
Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building processes from scratch
Your responsibilities:
End-to-end hiring. You run the full recruiting loop — from sourcing to offer — using AI and modern tooling to move fast, while applying sharp judgment where it matters
Proactive sourcing. You don't wait for inbound. You combine outreach, data, and new technologies to find and engage the strongest candidates before competitors do
Hiring manager partnership. You work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, set expectations, and keep pipelines moving
Recruiting analytics. You track what matters, spot risks early, and use data to forecast hiring timelines and improve decision-making
How we get things done?
Remote-first, but we have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia), so you can mix and match if you prefer. Ideally, you should be in the CET or EET time zone.
