Role

The Team Leads primary responsibilities are supporting claimers day to day tasks, and monitoring productivity and performance of each team member. This role provides strong leadership abilities, coaching & support for the team. This position must be able to identify and interpret data relating to various softwares, keep up to date with process changes, and discuss performance goals with Music Copyright Associates and Music Copyright Specialists.
