G MASS are partnering with a fast-growing, product-led AI technology company to appoint a Technical Recruiter supporting hiring across its R&D organisation. The role covers Product Engineering, AI/LLM Engineering, Product Management, and Design, working closely with senior leaders to build high-performing, balanced teams.
This is a hands-on role owning end-to-end hiring, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing across the UK and Europe, pipeline development, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll also play a key role in refining and scaling hiring processes as the business continues to grow.
ThisBased in Edinburgh or open to relocating there
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with engineering, product, and design leaders to define hiring needs and build effective hiring plans
- Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through to offer management
- Proactively source and develop talent pipelines across the UK and Europe
- Engage and assess candidates across Product, Engineering, AI/LLM, and Design roles
- Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience at every stage
- Help evolve and refine hiring processes, interview structure, and recruiting tools as the organisation grows
- Act as a strong gatekeeper on talent quality, ensuring high hiring standards are maintained throughout
