Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (“Company”), a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap, Inc. (NYSE:MMI) is seeking a Transaction Manager, Capital Markets, to manage and close commercial real estate debt and equity transactions. The primary responsibility of the Transaction Manager is to oversee transactions from engagement through closing, acting as a liaison between clients and capital sources. As an experienced member of the Company’s transactional team, this position is designated as a non-exempt role.
The base salary range for this role is $38.46 – $43.27 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer and posted salary ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay-transparency regulations.
