We are looking for an external consultant, User Support Specialist (24/7), to join our team and provide technical support services across end-user environments. The role focuses on incident resolution, service request fulfilment, and user support activities within structured IT service management environments, ensuring high-quality support across hardware, software, and digital workplace services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to internal and external users
- Handle service requests and incidents via portal, phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and analyse technical issues and propose solutions or workarounds
- Escalate complex issues to specialised support teams when required
- Support user guidance and provide technical advice
- Contribute to knowledge base development and documentation
- Support continuous improvement of support services
- Prepare and manage digital workplace environments (installation, configuration, replacement of equipment)
- Participate in workplace improvement initiatives and rollout activities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
