Insify is looking for a relentlessly driven VP Engineering to lead our technology organization through its next phase of aggressive European growth. In this high-stakes role, you will report directly to the CEO and own the tech vision, architecture, and engineering culture that underpins Insify's ambition to become the global leader in AI-powered SME insurance. If you are a hungry, battle-tested engineering leader ready to earn your standing at the very top of our industry, we want to meet you. As VP Engineering, you will set the technical direction for a complex, regulated, multi-market insurance platform and inspire your team to clear a bar that most organizations never attempt. You will go deep on architecture, deep on the product, and deep on the people, while making sure the engineering function pulls its weight across the entire company. Grit is the baseline.
