Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team and support day-to-day accounting operations, payroll assistance, and financial processes in a dynamic IT environment. 

  
Key Responsibilities 

• Working with Client-Bank systems: preparing payment registers, payment orders, posting bank statements in the accounting system, 

• Accounting for inventory and fixed assets: write-offs, disposal, depreciation, transactions, 

• Assisting in payroll processes, including preparation and processing of payroll-related documentation (salaries, vacation pay, bonuses, sick leaves), 

• Performing other accounting-related tasks, resolving standard issues, and supporting financial reporting and documentation workflows 

Requirements 

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 

• 3+ years of experience as an Accountant in a service and/or IT company 

• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian Accounting Standards and tax legislation 

• High level of responsibility and attention to detail 

• Ability to work with large volumes of information 

• Strong communication skills (interaction with counterparties and employees regarding payments) 

Technical Skills 

• Experience with Navision / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred; training will be provided) 

• Experience with BAS, M.E.Doc, Vchasno 

• Advanced Excel skills 

Nice to Have 

• Professional certifications 

• Experience working within the Diia City legal framework 

• Experience with audits and tax inspections
