About the Opportunity
As part of the Subrogation Division, the Administrative Clerk assists the day-to-day operations of the mailroom. This position is full-time and is an in-person work environment.
What you’ll do
- Processes all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Manually monitor email folders and prepare documents to be scanned. These can include subpoenas and legal correspondence.
- Scans documents for all departments.
- Prepare outgoing certified mail.
- Log items arriving with tracking number i.e. FEDEX, UPS into Excel spreadsheet.
- Operates mailroom machinery, including postage machine, copiers, telephone and voicemail systems, and computers.
- Picks up and delivers mail to departments within the office
What experience you bring (Role Requirements)
- 0-1 years of experience within an entry-level position.
- Working knowledge of or ability to learn to use office equipment, including copiers and printers, fax machines, and phone systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products
- Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Possesses excellent skills in verbal and written communication.
- Must maintain confidential information.

Pay range: This is a non-exempt position at an hourly rate of $23.00/hour.
