Summary: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager, Global Brand Marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Skilled in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning, the Assistant Manager, Global Brand Marketing should be passionate about leveraging market insights and creative solutions to achieve marketing objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns, including messaging, paid media assets, in-store assets, e-commerce content, press materials, and influencer activations for both hero and sub-hero product launches.
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and support product launches; contribute ideas and assist in developing action plans.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure a seamless and consistent consumer journey across all touchpoints.
- Support the briefing process for Creative teams by contributing to seasonal storytelling and asset requirements to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
- Help ensure alignment across teams to maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience.
- Contribute to understanding market trends and customer segments to support the development of campaigns that drive revenue.
- Assist in managing project timelines and tracking deliverables to ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time and within scope.
- Monitor market trends and consumer insights, providing input to support campaign optimisation and decision-making.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative marketing ideas and support campaign planning.
- Track campaign performance and assist in post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support communication and coordination with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in execution.
- Collaborate with HQ stakeholders and external partners to support alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.
