What We Need

Our Visual Concepts studio in Shanghai is looking for an Associate C++ Engineer to work closely with designers, artists, and other engineers. In this role, you will assist the team with code writing and bug fixing for AAA games, reporting directly to our Lead Engineer.

What You Will Do

  • Learn and master complex code systems
  • Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and robust code
  • Collaborate with design and art teams to ensure game features align with requirements
  • Develop and optimize tools and editors

Who Will Be A Great Fit

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience (excellent fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of C++ programming; experience in tool development or rendering is preferred
  • Problem Solving: Good logical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve simple-to-medium technical issues independently

Soft Skills: Strong communication, a sense of responsibility, and a collaborative teamwork spirit
