We're seeking a BioEngineer for Epigenomics to join our epigenomics bench, working at the frontier of what artificial intelligence can achieve in biology.
About the Role
You will contribute to our technical approach to teaching agents how to understand and handle complex epigenomics data, working across end-to-end data analysis workflows from instrument outputs to real scientific decisions.
You will work as part of a team of software engineers and biologists building datasets to teach these agents to reason better across:
Sequencing QC → alignment & peak calling
Chromatin accessibility analysis
TF footprinting & motif analysis
Histone modification → single-cell multiome integration
Gene regulatory network construction
Requirements
5+ years hands-on experience with epigenetics or epigenomics data
Proficiency in Python and/or R
Compensation & Logistics
OTE 120k - 180k, performance based, based on individual's expertise
