The Role

This is the perfect launchpad for someone early in their marketing journey who's ready to roll up their sleeves, get creative, and stay ridiculously organised, all while working on some of the most fun campaigns in the business across our toy brands.

You'll sit right in the middle of the action: keeping campaigns moving, brands sharp, and the wider team firing.

Roles & Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Set the brand strategy for your allocated brand(s) and present it bi-annually alongside Commercial to Sales and Local Marketing.

  • Deliver Annual Brand Activation Summaries that fuel Local Marketing's Digital & Activation Briefs, drawing on consumer insights and trends across key audiences.

  • Own communications across all supporting functional teams, including (but not limited to):

    • Briefing paid digital, managing campaign timelines, and approving campaigns based on stock and local market conditions — always data-led.

    • Making sure the content team is crystal clear on paid and organic requirements, and collaborating creatively to produce content that lands.

    • Partnering with the brand engagement team so creators and influencers align with brand strategy and tell the brand story brilliantly.

    • Briefing and monitoring the assets behind best-in-class e-commerce experiences.

Asset Management & Campaign Review

  • Coordinate updates and revisions to campaign detail as required by the wider Toy Marketing team, folding in consumer feedback where it counts.

  • Help run post-campaign analysis by brand, turning insight into sharper future strategy.

  • Support influencer and UGC seeding campaigns and influencer box briefing, keeping everything aligned to brand strategy and audience.

  • Act as product and talent photography liaison: compile briefs for product, e-com, and lifestyle shoots, coordinating shot lists, products, talent, wardrobe, and locations.

  • Keep product-related documents and assets organised and easy to find across our systems (HIVE, SharePoint, Figma, Airtable).

  • Schedule meetings, take notes, and chase action items so nothing slips.

  • Lead the upkeep of the sample room for your brands — managing stock levels and keeping a steady supply ready for key campaigns.

  • Keep the Marketing team Gantt chart current so the wider team stays on track with asset and project delivery, fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Professional Development & Continuous Improvement

  • Engage in raining and development opportunities, digital marketing workshops, courses on new platforms to stay ahead of industry trends and keep our brands competitive.

Skills & Experience

  • 6–18 months of marketing exposure or experience — this is a role you'll build on and grow fast in at ZURU.

  • Seriously organised, with a knack for juggling multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball.

  • A strong, clear communicator who can keep cross-functional teams aligned.

  • A creative eye and genuine enthusiasm for content, campaigns, and consumer brands.

  • Data-curious — comfortable using insights and results to inform decisions.

  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and gets stuck in.

  • Huge plus if you have love for (or healthy obsession with) toys, pop culture, and what makes brands fun is a big plus.

  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Airtable, or similar project/asset systems is helpful, not essential

  • You thrive onsite, not on mute. You love the buzz of a full office, the quick-fire creative chats, and being shoulder-to-shoulder with the people building the brands.
