The impact of the role: 

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the full sales lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of sales, consulting, and customer success. The successful candidate will combine commercial acumen, technical understanding, and cross-cultural communication to deliver scalable, high-impact business solutions.

On a given day, a Business Development Manager you will:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Identify and develop new customers while expanding business with existing accounts
  • Follow up on customer leads and act as the main point of contact for designated accounts
  • Increase sales revenue and profitability; meet or exceed sales targets and budgets
  • Meet clients, prospects, partners, and affiliates both on-site and remotely
  • Understand client requirements and develop tailor-made, replicable, and scalable proposals
  • Lead customer-related activities and oversee account performance end-to-end
  • Support the AM/Pre-Sales team in business expansion and coach junior team members
  • Proactively suggest new projects and explore opportunities in new markets
  • Learn, adopt, and promote TBP/TPS/JKK principles and report BNFF (Bad News First and Fast)
