Sales Closer (B2C Membership Sales) - Remote, LATAM - $9 USD /hr
 

We’re hiring a strong phone-based sales closer to support a fast-growing U.S. men’s grooming brand.

 

This role is focused on converting warm consumer leads into paid memberships and subscriptions. You’ll be calling leads who have already shown interest through the website, events, and marketing campaigns.

 

This is not a SaaS SDR or B2B outbound role. We are specifically looking for candidates with strong consumer phone sales experience who are comfortable handling high daily call volume and confidently closing individuals over the phone.

 

Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with warm inbound leads (form fills, event leads, site traffic)

  • Manage high daily call volume (100–200 calls/day)

  • Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through the sales process

  • Close memberships and recurring subscriptions

  • Follow up consistently via phone and messages

  • Hit conversion and activity targets consistently

     

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high volume phone sales or B2C closing

  • Strong English communication skills and confident phone presence

  • Experience handling high call volume environments

  • Ability to control conversations and drive outcomes

  • Comfortable working performance-driven roles

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in wellness, beauty, fitness, lifestyle or consumer services

  • Call center or inside sales background

  • Experience with CRM tools (Monday, HubSpot, etc.)

     

Details

  • Part-Time (20-30 hours a week). Potential to move to full-time.

  • Some weekend work needed

  • Time zone: MST / CST alignment (afternoon–evening focus)
