About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Campaign Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution of email marketing campaigns for our clients.

This role sits at the intersection of client service, campaign operations, and account management. You will take ownership of client relationships after the sale is completed, ensuring campaigns are launched successfully, performance expectations are managed, and clients receive outstanding service throughout the engagement.

Our clients are primarily companies in the financial and investment sector seeking to acquire investors through email marketing campaigns. We run a broad portfolio of campaign types, including CPA, CPC, dedicated email sends, newsletter sponsorships, and other performance-based marketing programs.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with commercial awareness and a passion for delivering excellent client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients following contract execution.
  • Take over client relationships from the sales team and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Manage client expectations regarding campaign timelines, performance, and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and status updates with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and renewal.

Campaign Delivery & Operations

  • Coordinate campaign launches with internal scheduling and operations teams.
  • Ensure all campaign assets, targeting requirements, and technical specifications are received and approved.
  • Oversee the setup and execution of:
    • CPA campaigns
    • CPC campaigns
    • Dedicated email campaigns
    • Newsletter sponsorships
    • Other performance marketing initiatives
  • Monitor campaign pacing and delivery throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and resolve delivery issues, performance concerns, or operational bottlenecks.
  • Work closely with media buying, scheduling, and operations teams to maximize campaign performance.

Performance Management

  • Track campaign delivery against agreed objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign results and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure campaign commitments are fulfilled and documented.
  • Prepare campaign reports and client-facing performance summaries.
  • Escalate issues internally when intervention is required to meet delivery targets.

Commercial & Financial Management

  • Manage campaign reconciliations and delivery reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, campaign management, client services, or customer success.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with performance-based advertising models such as CPA and CPC.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
