On a daily basis, you will
- Finance and Administration: You will support the CEO in managing the company’s financial function. This includes monitoring the budget, ensuring smooth year-end financial closings, and maintaining performance indicators. You’ll also handle administrative operations and relationships with external partners such as accounting firms.
- Investor Relations and Fundraising: You’ll assist the CEO in managing relationships with investors, preparing reports for existing venture capitalists, and organizing board meetings. As CryptoNext prepares for future funding rounds, you will play a key role in gathering data, preparing presentations, and supporting the CEO in discussions with potential investors.
- Managing Special Projects: Based on evolving priorities, you will oversee strategic development projects that drive the company's growth. These may include cross-functional internal projects, international expansion initiatives, or external strategic partnerships.
- Operational Support: You will provide operational assistance to the CEO and the leadership team by coordinating executive meetings and ensuring that follow-ups are completed. You will also focus on improving internal processes to streamline decision-making and support the CEO in his external engagements, such as speaking at events or meeting with key stakeholders.
