Join Voyfai, a fast-growing Series A startup shaping the future of logistics and technology across Europe.
Headquartered in Berlin, we operate at the centre of a broader group of companies active across several European markets.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our Co-Founders from day one, drive meaningful impact and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Whether you're shaping how we run the company, leading strategic initiatives or building new organisational rhythms from scratch, your contributions will directly influence the success of Voyfai and the companies we support. If you're passionate about building from scratch and excited to be part of a company on the rise, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Role
As Chief of Staff (m/f/d), you will be the strategic right hand to our Co-Founders, serving as the connective tissue across Voyfai's leadership. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who is as comfortable structuring a complex strategy as they are running a leadership offsite or diving deep into an operational problem.
We are looking for someone who can own company-wide initiatives, shape how we make decisions, and progressively take on new projects and verticals as Voyfai grows.
What You Will Do
Own and drive the company OKR process. Setting the rhythm, tracking progress, and holding teams accountable.
Prepare and run core leadership meetings, All Hands and leadership offsites.
Act as a trusted thought partner to the Co-Founders: anticipate needs, structure decisions, and ensure nothing critical falls through the cracks.
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and project-based work (e.g. launching new services and business lines)
Support fundraising-adjacent work including investor materials and strategic narratives on a non-recurring basis.
Build trusted relationships across the leadership team and serve as a key liaison between the Co-Founders and the rest of the organisation.
What You Bring
Min. 2 years of professional experience in top-tier strategy consulting, combined with 2 years' time at high-growth startups (Series A–C), or
4 years of working experience in high performing startups.
A track record of owning and executing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Exceptional intellectual curiosity
Strong structured problem-solving skills; comfortable running case-study-style analyses under pressure
A self-starter mindset: you shape your own role, define your own priorities, and make things happen without waiting to be told
Outstanding communication skills. You are likeable, persuasive, and can hold a room with both senior leaders and external stakeholders
Fluency in English; German is a plus
Bonus if you have:
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
Exposure to fundraising and investor relations
What We Offer
Competitive salary and equity options
A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with a mission-driven team
Flexible working arrangements (Hybrid)
30 days of PTO
Regular team events and offsites
Monthly mobility budget via Navit
