ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
Your role will be to deliver cleaning services to client facilities in and around the building to a high standard. Cleaning floors in building reception areas, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass doors/windows, clean all stainless-steel fixtures and barriers/glass door panels, dry mop black marble pillars inside and external.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
路 General cleaning and some landscape duties on an external environment, road, and car parks
路 Your duties will involve being a helpful point of contact for customers who need assistance
路 Being watchful for health and safety issues and to report them to the management team
路 Ensuring that the cleaning/maintenance checks & site-specific compliances are adhered to
路 Keeping the site safe, clean & welcoming towards our client & customers
路 Being an excellent ABM brand ambassador
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
路 Data Centre Cleaning experience (preferable)
路 Good inter-personal and communication skills
路 Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritise tasks
路 Ability to work alone and as part of a team
路 Approachable and courteous manner
路 An understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion in an active corporate building
路 Excellent attention to detail within cleaning/maintenance responsibilities
路 The ability to be flexible to meet the needs and demands of the role & the business
