Role Overview

  • Top 3 key responsibilities:
  1. Execute onboarding and training for 1 client  
  2. Handle inquires and requests from client and address their needs
  3. Work closely with Client Services team to proactively identify any problems that may impact the client and work with different internal departments to resolve or prevent such issues
