We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Client Solutions Manager to join our dedicated TikTok team in Northern Europe. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and platform expert, managing a portfolio of high-potential advertisers. Your goal is to drive client success by building deep relationships, understanding their objectives, and delivering powerful advertising solutions that leverage the full potential of TikTok, backed by Aleph's unique global capabilities.
This is not a typical account management role. You are a consultant, a strategist, and a partner who helps businesses scale and succeed in some of the world's most exciting markets.
What You'll Do:
Drive Client Strategy & Growth: Own the relationship for a portfolio of advertisers. Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective, measurable advertising strategies on TikTok.
Be the Platform Expert: Serve as the go-to authority on TikTok's advertising solutions. Lead client education, share best practices, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve client KPIs.
Masterful Campaign Management: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategic planning and onboarding to execution and post-campaign analysis. Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting to ensure flawless delivery and exceptional performance.
Unlock Growth Opportunities: Proactively analyze campaign data, industry trends, and client performance to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. Drive revenue growth by helping your clients expand into new markets and adopt new solutions.
Collaborate to Win: Work seamlessly with our internal Sales, Analytics, and Creative teams, as well as with our partners at TikTok, to deliver a unified and powerful experience for our clients.
What You'll Need for this role:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in account management, performance marketing, or a client-facing role in the digital advertising industry.
Hands-on experience managing performance-driven campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Meta, or Google.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using data to identify trends and create actionable insights (strong Excel skills are a must).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Estonian and English.
What Will Make Us really love you:
Experience managing clients in the eCommerce, Gaming, or App (Health & Fitness, etc.) verticals.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem in Northern Europe.
Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like Appsflyer or Adjust, and/or e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
