We are looking for a creative, driven, and highly organised Marketing & Campaign Administrator to join our growing team at Berwick Care.

You will play a key role in shaping how we present our brand through engaging content, impactful campaigns, and high-quality marketing materials. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where creativity meets commercial awareness.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting and delivering marketing campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring everything is visually engaging, well-written, and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating and managing website content using CMS
  • Designing and producing marketing materials (digital & print)
  • Creating engaging presentations and campaign assets
  • Supporting lead generation activity and campaign performance
  • Sourcing and managing imagery, photography, and visual content
  • Writing clear, engaging, and effective copy
  • Supporting social media and wider marketing activity
  • Managing and prioritising your own workload effectively
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve content, engagement, and results
