As part of our commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences, we are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our on-site team in Houston, TX.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth hardware fulfillment operations while supporting both internal teams and external customers throughout the order lifecycle. You will work closely with warehouse, logistics, and engineering teams to maintain inventory accuracy and deliver exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receive, package, ship, and track hardware products to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Maintain inventory integrity by properly recording all product movements
- Provide frontline customer support for fulfillment-related inquiries, including order status, hardware troubleshooting, and issue escalation
- Process returns, perform factory resets, refurbish devices, and update inventory systems accordingly
