  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout project delivery and ensuring clients
  • Present findings, insights and recommendations to clients with confidence and clarity, including to senior audiences and at industry events and conferences

  • Represent LCP Delta at industry events and conferences, speaking on key topics and helping to raise the profile of our EV Charging practice within the sector

What skills, experience and qualities are we looking for?

  • Experience working in the EV charging industry, with a deep and current understanding of the European eMobility landscape
  • Proven experience delivering consultancy and/or research projects to a high standard within the energy or eMobility sector
  • Experience managing and developing a team of analysts or consultants at an earlier stage in their career, with a clear ability to set direction, delegate effectively and maintain quality standards
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with the ability to review and improve complex analytical work and assess outputs from the client’s perspective
  • A collaborative colleague who leads by example, setting high standards, supporting others, providing constructive feedback and contributing to a positive team culture
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, working to tight deadlines while maintaining quality
  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills, including the confidence to present complex content to senior audiences and represent LCP Delta at industry events
