Director of Sales - Fixed Term Contract 12 Months |📍London – (Hybrid) | 💰Competitive Salary + Benefits About the Role We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead the turnaround and future growth of Moonpig Group’s third-party revenue channels across e-retail, physical retail and B2B. Reporting to the Commercial Director for Experiences, this is a high-impact leadership role with full P&L ownership. You’ll take the lead in restoring growth, improving margins, and rebuilding commercial control across channels that are strategically important and full of untapped potential. As part of the Experiences Division leadership team, you’ll work across Buyagift (transitioning to “Buyagift by Moonpig”) and Red Letter Days. A key part of your role will be shaping how the Moonpig brand shows up in third-party channels unlocking new demand, strengthening partnerships, and improving commercial performance. Our owned channels are performing strongly, but third-party channels need fresh energy, sharper execution, and clear direction. That’s where you come in. You’ll reset standards, reintroduce pace and accountability, and build a clear path back to sustainable growth. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment. You’ll balance strategic thinking with real delivery stepping into trading decisions, leading negotiations, and solving problems in real time. It’s a true turnaround opportunity, where your impact will be visible from day one.
