As Divisional Marketing Manager, Lending, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our go-to-market (GtM) strategy globally. This is a senior, hands-on role that combines strategic leadership with operational execution to empower Divisonal Sales and building and deliver full-funnel marketing programs that generate demand and support divisional revenue goals.
You will collaborate closely with a centralized global marketing team ( specialists in digital, social media, marketing operations, creative design, content, analyst relations and PR) , to build impactful campaigns that reinforce our brand, amplify our message, and drive measurable pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market (GtM) plans for key portfolio products, including launch planning, messaging, competitive positioning, and alignment across Marketing, Product, and Sales.
- Create clear solution positioning and high‑quality assets such as playbooks, presentations, webpages, brochures, videos, and one‑pagers to support awareness, consideration, and sales engagement.
- Enable Sales with relevant insights and tools, running enablement sessions, ensuring teams understand new initiatives, and refining collateral based on feedback and usage data.
- Build and run full‑funnel marketing campaigns in German and English across webinars, sponsored content, paid social, email, search, PR, and ABM (account‑based marketing) approaches in partnership with agencies.
- Plan and manage participation in events, conferences, and roundtables, collaborating with the central Events team to deliver strong stories through demos, content, collateral, and customer contributions.
