Your future contribution
As a Founders' Associate, you’ll have the chance to learn and develop at a very high pace, while enabling others to succeed. With your ability to quickly learn and adapt, you will work closely with the Managing Directors and Senior Management of the company and support them in their roles as leaders of the company. Rest assured: you will be involved in and contribute to the most relevant initiatives and projects - whatever is a priority for the leaders of the company is also your priority.
Whether it’s goal planning, confidential M&A transactions, immediate project support, or developing a strategy paper - you will be at the frontline.
How you’ll add value
Learn how to run a business by being in constant exchange with the Managing Directors and Senior Management Team
Manage all topics that are relevant and important to the Managing Directors in order to act as their right-hand
Prepare and pre-align strategy in close alignment with the Senior Management
Identify and model new growth opportunities by deploying AI-driven workflows; you will use the latest technologies to enhance data-driven decision-making and drive organizational scale.
Own and drive cross-functional initiatives working with various stakeholders across the organization
Conceptualize and calculate new business opportunities or reiterate on existing efforts across the organization
Support teams when urgently needed to create impact where it’s needed most
Take on or develop your own project upon sufficient empowerment through the Senior
You’ll be successful in this role if you
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Start-Up, Scale-Up or Consulting Company
You have excellent communication skills - you know your audience; this allows you to move things forward quickly and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
You have a proactive and independent working and learning attitude
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and prioritize efficiently
You have a hands-on working style with the capacity to deliver great results quickly
You come in with a ‘can-do’ attitude: you approach new tasks & projects with an open mind and take challenges as opportunities
