About this role:

The FP&A & Controlling Specialist role combines Financial Planning & Analysis with Controlling responsibilities, ensuring both a strong understanding of historical performance and a forward-looking approach to business planning.

In this role, you will play a key role in enhancing financial visibility, challenging assumptions, and supporting strategic decision-making. Beyond reporting and monitoring, you will proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities, helping the business plan ahead with clarity and data-insights.

Working closely with the Finance team and cross-functional stakeholders within the company, you will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

About the responsibilities:

  • Own end to end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and delivering clear, actionable insights to support leadership decision making

  • Lead performance analysis vs budget and forecast, identifying key drivers, explaining variances, and monitoring cost structures and business performance to proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization

  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes improvement

  • Act as a business partner to cross-functional teams, challenging assumptions, improving financial discipline, and supporting better decision-making

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools, and data quality, helping drive automation, scalability, and higher standards across the company

  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or similar roles

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights

  • Good understanding of financial statements and business drivers

  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus) and BI tools

  • Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis and automation is a plus

  • Clear communicator, comfortable working with non-finance teams

  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities effectively

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
