About the Role

The GTM Insights & Deal Strategy team plays a critical role in shaping and executing Lyra’s Employer Solutions strategy, and we’re looking for a Global Pricing Operations Associate to join the team. This role will require a balance of analytical and operational skills to help guide the company on driving scalable growth. This individual will serve as a key partner to the Sales and Customer Success teams for winning and retaining business, providing guidance on deal structure and pricing strategy. This position is ideal for an individual looking for a dynamic role at a fast-growth startup transforming the mental healthcare industry.

 

Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert on Lyra’s pricing model and all variables that influence win rate in the Employer Solution market

  • Translate complex pricing models into simple, sellable structures, partnering with Product Marketing to lead internal enablement and external communication on pricing

  • Develop quotes and proposal documents for prospects in partnership with the Sales and Customer Success team

  • Provide recommendations for streamlining the quote-to-cash process, driving strategy and operational improvements

  • Serve as a core thought partner for Sales and Customer Success teams, providing guidance on deal structuring for prospective and renewing employers 

  • Effectively manage towards deadlines and set expectations on timelines with cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance or other relevant/quantitative disciplines

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, consulting, finance, business operations, or similar

  • Experience with forecasting, data analysis, and developing financial models to support business decisions, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial data into clear narratives for GTM leadership and external clients

  • Organized and diligent in consistently meeting deadlines while managing competing priorities

  • Analytically and operationally minded, demonstrating sound business judgment 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite

  • Salesforce experience is a plus

  • Experience with B2B or B2B2C products & solutions

  • Background in healthcare or benefits strategy
