About Clarity Pediatrics

Clarity Pediatrics is reimagining pediatric chronic care. We've launched with ADHD and anxiety (conditions that affect nearly 1 in 5 children in the US), and have recently expanded into pediatric obesity care. For parents, finding the right care can feel impossible. We're building a virtual pediatric specialty clinic that delivers trusted, science-backed care to all families. And it's working. We have strong product-market fit, a growing patient base, and a clear path to expanding into additional chronic conditions.

Our leadership team has deep healthcare expertise. Our CEO has led two startups to >$100M in ARR and profitability. Our Chief Medical Officer trained at UCSF and Stanford and previously built specialty care services at Kaiser Permanente.

Now is a great time to join. We recently closed a substantial Series A, which means we have runway, ambition, and a growing team. Since inception, we've raised $25M from leading VCs who invested early in category winners like One Medical, Hims, Spring Health, Cityblock, Alto Pharmacy, Strava, and Tia.

The Role

We're hiring a Growth Engineer to own product-led growth at Clarity end-to-end: research, ideation, build, ship, and measure. You'll own the surfaces that drive top-of-funnel acquisition without sales or marketing dependency. This is a builder's role with full product authority. You set the strategy, write the spec, ship the code, and own the metric.

You'll report to our Head of Product, with a dotted line to our Head of GTM. You'll work closely with clinical, operations, sales, and engineering – but you'll largely operate independently on the surfaces you own.

Your primary focus is provider referrals. We have 1,600+ referring pediatricians in our network. Your job is to make Clarity undeniably useful to them: easy to refer, automated where possible, and trustworthy through outcome data.

Your second focus is enterprise. You'll be the hands-on builder behind the integrations and partner-facing surfaces (EMR connections, custom partner experiences, payer-facing analytics) that turn exploratory conversations into real launches.

Where you'll focus
  • Discovery and user research: building systematic ways to learn from pediatricians at scale and translating insights into a prioritized growth roadmap.

  • Self-serve product experiences that make it effortless for pediatricians and their staff to navigate Clarity, refer patients, and get answers without contacting support.

  • Workflow automation that removes administrative burden from referring providers and shortens the referral path.

  • Clinical collaboration infrastructure: the two-way data flow that closes the loop between Clarity and the providers who refer to us.

  • Patient experience improvements paired with feedback loops back to referrers, so trust compounds over time.

  • Enterprise integrations and partner-facing surfaces that turn exploratory conversations into signed partnerships.

What we're looking for
  • Hybrid builder. 6+ years shipping product end-to-end. You're a strong engineer who has owned product decisions, or a product leader who writes their own code. You're equally comfortable in a PRD and a pull request.

  • Bias to ship and learn. You design experiments to falsify your strongest assumption first, not to confirm what you already believe. You can prototype in a weekend and harden for production the next week.

  • Owns the metric, not the output. You pick a north star, defend it, and report against it honestly, including when it isn't moving.

  • Genuinely enjoys talking to users. In this role, that means pediatricians, their staff, and partner teams, not just analytics dashboards.

  • Operates well solo. You'll have full ownership of the surfaces above. You set the roadmap, write the spec, ship the code, and pull in support from clinical, operations, and engineering when needed.

  • Healthcare experience is a plus. Provider workflow tools, EMR/EHR integrations (FHIR/HL7), e-fax/clinical messaging, prior auth, or referral and care-coordination products are especially relevant.

Our stack

You don't need to have used all of it, but you should be able to move fast in it.

  • Web: Next.js (React), TypeScript, Modern CSS

  • Backend: Node.js / Next API Routes

  • Data: PostgreSQL, Redis

  • Testing: Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, GitHub Actions

  • Infrastructure: Aptible (AWS or GCP experience is a plus)

Compensation, equity & location
  • Salary range: $175K–$210K, depending on experience.

  • Meaningful equity in an early-stage, well-funded company.

  • Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

  • SF-based preferred (hybrid). Remote (US) will be considered.
