In this role, you’ll:

  • Define and execute product growth strategies by identifying new revenue streams, market expansion opportunities, and lead initiatives across the full user lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation).
  • Drive product positioning, GTM strategy, and launch execution while directly supporting sales and partnership teams with product expertise.
  • Translate client needs, business goals, and competitive insights into actionable product improvements, ensuring ongoing development aligns with scalability requirements and market differentiation.
  • Build strategic relationships with key enterprise clients
  • Partner seamlessly with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams to prioritise and orchestrate growth-impacting initiatives.
  • Own the experimentation process (including A/B testing and funnel optimisation) by analysing KPIs, customer behaviour, and market trends to drive continuous innovation.

Your skills & experiences:

  • Proven experience in strategic Product Management, Growth, Business Development, or Commercial roles in a digital environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital product growth mechanics, monetisation models, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Engineering teams.
  • Proven success in scaling products, partnerships, or revenue streams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills;
  • Strong business acumen with experience in defining KPIs, analysing funnels, and driving measurable growth outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ownership mentality.
