By balancing high-level organizational planning with daily operational excellence, you will ensure our team stays engaged and agile as we scale.
Key responsibilities ✨
Provide strategic advice to optimize organizational structures and cultivate top talent.
Partner with leadership on performance management and professional development initiatives.
Cascade critical information and foster high team engagement levels across the business.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent support in C&B, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations.
Drive core HR processes including performance calibration, compensation cycles, and internal mobility.
Analyze employee data to deliver data-driven solutions and informed strategic decisions.
Partner with leadership to strategically manage the local people cost envelope.
About you 🧑🚀
Educational background in HR, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an HRBP role.
Proven ability in project and budget management, paired with strong business acumen.
Practical thinker with a focus on change management and data-driven decision-making.
Native level fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
