About the Role
As the HR Coordinator, you will support the continued growth of Expereo as part of the centralized HR Operations team based in Katowice, Poland.
This role provides day-to-day HR operational and administrative support, ensuring accurate employee data, consistent process execution, and a high-quality employee experience across regions.
The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting HR lifecycle activities and maintaining strong data integrity, working closely with the HR Operations Lead, Payroll & Benefits Specialist and Global Payroll Manager.
The role requires a high level of discretion and the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems and personnel files
- Manage HR inbox and respond to employee queries in a timely manner
- Administer changes in employee data (contracts, salary, personal data, job changes)
- Track and maintain records of absences, holidays, and other employee data
- Ensure data consistency across systems and documentation
- Support payroll processing by ensuring data quality and completeness
HR Lifecycle Support
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
- Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documentation
- Probation management
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding logistics
- Support employee changes (promotions, transfers, contract updates)
- Operational support with annual employee engagement survey
- Ensure all processes are completed accurately and within agreed timelines
Process Execution & Compliance
- Follow standardized HR processes and ensure adherence to policies and controls
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
- Escalate issues or inconsistencies to the HR Operations Director
HR Systems & Reporting
- Support HR system updates (e.g. SuccessFactors) and data maintenance
- Run standard reports and provide basic HR data insights
- Support system improvements and clean-up activities
Team Support & Collaboration
- Work closely with the HR Operations Lead to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide operational support to HR Business Partners where required
- Support HR transformation initiatives and process improvements
- Contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented team culture
