Job Summary:

The Inspections Coordinator provides administrative support by maintaining a close and highly responsive relationship to the daily and ongoing needs of our customers and inspection teams.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and arrange inspection appointments with customers and building departments

· Be the liaison between Field Managers, customers, and building departments to ensure successful inspections

· Maintain the computer system by updating and entering job-related data

· Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolving current issues

 

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3+ years in Administration

· Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision while managing others

· Advanced experience with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook

· Attention to detail with accurate and excellent data entry skills

· Ability to maintain confidentiality

· Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively

· Excellent time and project management skills

· Ability to speak confidently and with poise

· Bilingual in Spanish

Terms of Employment:

Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. A 30 minute lunch break is mandatory, and must be taken each day, unless otherwise agreed upon with the VP of Operations. This position may require longer hours when requested by the VP of Operations.
