Addepar is looking for talented and ambitious associate software engineers to join our team! As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, including our Financial Data Lakehouse, AI, and Data Governance initiatives. You'll be able to apply your skills and knowledge to help create innovative solutions and contribute to the growth and development of our platform. What You’ll Do

  • Help shape the future of data management in the financial world by contributing to a state-of-the-art financial lakehouse.
  • Create innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of the financial industry, enabling our clients to make data-driven decisions with confidence.
  • Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge automated workflows and tools that drive operational efficiency, minimize manual errors, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated solutions with existing systems and tools, ensuring data integrity, seamless workflows, and minimal disruptions.

Who You Are 

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in computer systems, programming languages, and software development methodologies
  • Proficient in Python programming, with a focus on automation, scripting, and data manipulation
  • Strong ownership of your work and a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Eager to learn and grow with our team, with a focus on automation, data science, and innovation
  • Nice to have: experience with PySpark, Databricks, or other big data technologies, as well as UI frameworks such as Streamlit or Dash
