路 Maintain direct contact with officers from Kerala on leave, and coordinate with Mumbai office for their next
assignment.
路 Maintain contact with family members of seafarers through Family Connect.
路 Assist officers to book relevant in-house courses.
路 Assign tests and complete promotion formalities of officers.
路 Check relevant documents and prepare sea time and employment confirmation letters.
路 Prepare Visa letters for seafarers as required.
路 Manage PPE stock , issue PPE to joiners as required, maintain adequate stock and take monthly
inventories and report to accounts team.
路 Coordinate for conducting in-house courses at Kochi.
路 Coordinate inward & outward couriers and maintain proper record of documents received and issued.
路 Assist and coordinate with office/vendors/seafarers for arranging TMSA & other seminars in Kochi.
