The Role
Hybrid working requirement: Candidates should be able to attend our Marousi, Athens office at least once every two weeks. Please note that travel or commuting expenses will not be covered for candidates residing outside Attiki or outside a reasonable commuting distance.
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to support the execution and optimization of global marketing campaigns through AI-assisted workflows, digital marketing operations, and content-driven campaign execution.
This is a highly hands-on role designed for someone who actively uses AI tools to improve execution speed, campaign efficiency, content production, and operational scalability. You’ll work closely with growth, content, product marketing, and customer-facing teams to help launch campaigns, optimize digital experiences, support product marketing initiatives, and strengthen XTM’s brand presence across global markets.
AI tools are central to how this role operates. We’re looking for someone who already integrates AI-assisted workflows into their daily work across campaign creation, reporting, optimization, research, and operational execution.
This is not a strategy-only marketing role. You’ll be actively building, executing, optimizing, coordinating, and supporting the systems and campaigns that power marketing performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
AI-Driven Campaign Execution
Campaign Asset Production
- Build and support end-to-end marketing campaign assets including email copy, ad variations, landing page content, and promotional materials
- Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate campaign ideation, copy creation, testing, and optimization
- Support execution across multiple concurrent marketing initiatives and campaigns
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Generate and maintain campaign performance reporting including lead generation, engagement, conversion, and traffic metrics
- Use AI-assisted analysis workflows to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations
- Support ongoing campaign performance reviews and reporting processes
Website & Digital Marketing Operations
Website Content & Updates
- Manage, edit, and maintain website content to ensure alignment with campaign messaging, product positioning, and brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to update web pages and support campaign launches
SEO & User Experience Support
- Support implementation of on-page SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and discoverability
- Identify opportunities to improve website usability, content structure, and user experience
- Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to implement optimization recommendations
Lifecycle Marketing & Product Campaign Support
Product Launch & Customer Marketing Support
- Assist with execution of product launches, feature announcements, and customer engagement campaigns
- Support cross-sell and upsell marketing initiatives through coordinated campaign execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve campaign engagement and lifecycle marketing performance
Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Support campaign coordination across multiple teams and channels
- Help maintain organized marketing workflows, timelines, and operational processes
Brand Awareness & Community Engagement
Review & Awareness Campaigns
- Support execution of user review and engagement campaigns across platforms such as G2, Capterra, Reddit, and relevant industry communities
- Develop supporting campaign assets including outreach copy, social content, email communications, and engagement materials
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to support advocacy and customer engagement initiatives
Multi-Channel Marketing Support
- Assist in amplifying brand visibility through coordinated digital marketing and awareness activities
- Support content distribution and campaign promotion across owned and external channels
AI-Enhanced Workflow Optimization
AI-Assisted Marketing Operations
- Use generative AI tools to improve execution speed, content production, workflow automation, research, and reporting efficiency
- Continuously explore new AI-assisted workflows and emerging technologies to improve marketing scalability and operational performance
