- Experience with Cisco, HPE Aruba or Meraki networking technologies
- Experience supporting firewall platforms such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA or WatchGuard
- Knowledge of VLANs, VPNs, NAT, ACLs and TCP/IP networking
- Experience using network monitoring and diagnostic tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark, Ping and Traceroute

- Relevant certifications (Cisco, Aruba, VMware, Microsoft, Veeam)
- Previous experience acting as an escalation point or mentoring junior engineers
This is a great opportunity to join a growing MSP environment where you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, clients, and infrastructure projects, with clear progression into senior infrastructure or network engineering roles over time.
